Immersion : THE DINNER
We’re so excited to announce Immersion : The Dinner!
Sunday, September 21 - 6pm
A limited seat dinner experience, guests will enjoy a multi-course meal while seated inside the Immersion installation space. Truly a floral dream, and a night to remember.
Will Brinkerhoff presents a farm-driven and produce-loving coursed dinner, along side specialty cocktails from Detroit City Distillery.
About Will :
Will Brinkerhoff is a soil scientist currently finishing his doctoral degree at the University of Michigan’s School for the Environment and Sustainability. Will trained in classic french cooking at Chez Panisse, the home of farm-to-table cooking, and in the years since, he has been working with local farmers and ranchers around Michigan to showcase their produce in private dining events. Will's menus are always driven by his friends and family who continue to grow, forage, and raise such a beautiful bounty.
Please note : This is an intimate seating, expected to sell out quickly. We recommend purchasing tickets for your whole group at once.
Guests will be able to communicate any allergies ahead of time, during the checkout process.
Allergies must be clearly communicated at time of check out - We’re pleased to say that Will intends to craft the menu for everyone’s safety, but we can’t guarantee last minute changes on the night.
We can’t wait to share a meal with you, under the flowers.
