For more than 40 years, Katherine’s Catering has explored what happens when food becomes part of an experience. Rooted in Michigan and inspired by the seasons, Katherine’s brings together flavor, color, texture, place, and people—creating meals that feel considered, expressive, and alive. At its heart is a simple belief: gathering around a table can be its own kind of art.
With Immersion: The Dinner, Katherine’s joins a collective of artists and designers creating a botanical world for a new audience. The culinary experience echoes that environment—seasonal, expressive, communal, and sensory—drawing on nature, color, texture, and transformation. Familiar flavors take unexpected forms through playful presentation and artful details. Served largely family-style, the dinner invites guests to share and experience the food together, blurring the line between the meal and the art surrounding it.
Please note : This is an intimate seating, and sells out quickly. We recommend purchasing available tickets for your whole group at once, getting on the waitlist in the meantime.
Guests will be able to communicate any allergies ahead of time, during the checkout process. The planned dinner menu includes accommodations for most allergy concerns.
